TERMS OF SERVICE
By engaging PureWebEdge for motion graphics, art direction, or digital production, you agree to adhere to our archival studio parameters. All digital art direction, vector assets, and visual systems remain intellectual property of PureWebEdge until full financial settlement of agreed specimen rates is completed.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes arising from commercial commissions executed at our Memmingen studio shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with the court of jurisdiction located in Memmingen.
REFUND & SPECIMEN CANCELLATION POLICY
Because each creative specimen and digital production is handcrafted with bespoke vintage botanical ink standards and dedicated engineering hours:
- Initial consultation deposits and archival research fees are non-refundable once production scheduling has commenced.
- Milestone payments for motion design or web portal development are structured around completed deliverables. Refund requests on approved deliverables are ineligible.
- In the event of project cancellation prior to milestone delivery, clients are billed solely for verified production hours completed up to the date of formal written notice at Klopstockstraße 4, 87700 Memmingen, Germany.
